After some arguments, learned counsel for writ petitioner seeks permission to withdraw instant writ petition, but made a plea that the rights of writ petitioner may please be preserved for filing a fresh writ petition on the same cause of action, after annexing necessary documents including title deeds to prima facie show writ petitioner's title in the property that is the subject matter of the Writ Petition.
