This Criminal Original Petition is filed to call for the FIR in respect of Crime No .30 of 2020 on the file of the Inspector of Police, City Crime Branch (CCB), Tirunelveli City, Tirunelveli District and quash the same as illegal.

2. Learned Government Advocate submitted that in this case, final report was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tirunelveli, and taken cognizance in C.C.No.1061 of 2023.
