This Writ Petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to take appropriate action on the petitioner's complaint dated 01.09.2022 and complete the enquiry within the time frame as fixed by this Honble Court.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that after receiving the complaint dated 01.09.2022, the respondent police have not taken any action.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents seeks eight weeks time to complete the enquiry.

4. Recording the said submission of the learned Government Advocate, the respondents are directed to complete the enquiry, on the petitioner's complaint dated 01.09.2022, within a period of eight weeks 2/4

from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and take appropriate action. The petitioner is also directed to appear before the respondent police for enquiry.

5. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
