This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent police not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry. 2.The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that on the basis of the false complaint lodged by the private respondents, the respondent police are harassing the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the private respondents, the respondent police are conducting investigation and the same is pending. 4.The learned Counsel appearing for the private respondents raised objection stating that the petitioner is not co-operating with the enquiry. 2/4
5.Considering the above, the petitioner is directed to co-operate with the investigation and the respondent police is directed to complete the enquiry within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.With the above direction, this criminal original petition stands disposed of.
