Side) O RDER This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to to relax the condition order of Principal Sessions Court, Madurai, in Cr.M.P.No. 4155 of 2022, dated 11.08.2022 and Cr.M.P.No.4802 of 2022, dated 06.09.2022.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that since the petitioners are aged about 72 and 82 years respectively, they are unable to comply the conditions imposed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Madurai. They are also in-laws.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioners have not been complying with the condition regularly and investigation is still pending.

4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels and since the petitioners are being aged and in-laws, the condition imposed by the Principal Sessions Court, Madurai, in Cr.M.P.No.4155 of 2022, dated 11.08.2022 and Cr.M.P.No.4802 of 2022, dated 06.09.2022, is relaxed and the petitioners shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. 06.10.2022 Index : Yes/No Internet : Yes/No TM Note: In view of the present lock down owing to 2/4
