3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner was appointed as B.T.Assistant (Tamil) in the 8th respondent School on 30.07.2018. However, prior to that, an ineligible candidate one Kanimozhi, who is junior to the petitioner, was appointed to the said post. There was a legal battle between the Kanimozhi and the petitioner by filing several writ petitions. Ultimately, Kanimozhi was accommodated as BT Assistant and thereafter, the petitioner's appointment proposal was forwarded by the 8th respondent School to the official respondents. However, no orders have been passed on the said proposal. Therefore, the petitioner submitted a representation dated 26.06.2025 to the respondents, seeking approval of her appointment. As no action was taken on the representation, the petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition before this Court.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner would further submit that the petitioner would be satisfied if a direction is issued to the fourth respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 26.06.2025 and pass appropriate orders thereon, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 3/6
5. Considering the above facts and circumstances, without going into the merits of the case, this Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the fourth respondent, to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 26.06.2025 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law. Such exercise shall be completed as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six
(6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is also made clear that this Court has not expressed any of its views with regard to the merits of the matter and that it is open to the fourth respondent to consider the same on its own merits. No costs.
