This criminal original petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in Crime No.74 of 2019 on the file of the respondent Police.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the investigation in Crime No.74 of 2019 has been completed and the final report was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Kulithalai and the same has also been taken on file in S.T.C.No.281 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 506(i), 355, 323 and 341 of IPC. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL.O.P (MD)No.15886 of 2019 3.The learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court, to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

4.Recording the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with a liberty to challenge the final report if so he is advised. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
