Pleased to call for the records and set aside the conviction and sentence passed in Special Case No. 92/2011, dated 03.08.2022 on the file of the Learned the special judge for trial of cases under the prevention of corruption act, Trichirappalli. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.K.K.RAMAKRISHNAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.S.MANIKANDAN, Government Advocate (Crimal Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P(MD).No.9708 of 2022 dated 12.09.2022 in Crl.A.(MD)No.505 of 2022.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

CRL MP(MD) No.12036 of 2022 4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.M.P(MD).No.9708 of 2022 dated 12.09.2022 in Crl.A.(MD)No.505 of 2022 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in a month (i.e.,) first working day of every month, until further orders.
