Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.A.VADIVEL, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.A.ALBERT JAMES, Government Advocate (Crimal Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.16236 of 2022 on 08.09.2022.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.
3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly and investigation is still pending.
