ORDER
This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents not to harass the petitioner in the name of investigation by the second respondent in pursuant to the petitioner's representation dated 15.09.2022.
2.The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the respondent police are harassing the petitioner under the guise of enquiry. Hence this petition has been filed.
3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that no complaint/no petition pending against the petitioner. But there are five previous cases pending against the petitioner and he is under the surveillance of the investigation agency.
4.The learned appearing for the petitioner submitted that if there is any complaint pending against the petitioner, the petitioner is ready to co-operate with the investigation.
