The writ petition has been filed for a direction to the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 16.07.2018 which relating to erection of name board of the Agathan 1/3

Maravar Mukkulathoor Welfare Association, within a stipulated time that may be fixed by this Court.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the request of the petitioner with regard to erection of name board of the Agathan Maravar Mukkulathoor Welfare Association has been rejected on 07.12.2020 and the petitioner has received the said rejection order.

3. In view of the said submission, no further orders are required to be passed in this writ petition. It is open to the petitioner to challenge the rejection order in accordance with law.

4. The writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
