Respondent/Complainant For Petitioner : M/s.Palani M, Advocate For Respondent : Mr.M.Muthumanikkam, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- To enlarge the Petitioner on bail in the event of his arrest in offence U/s.506,352,342,406,420 IPC and HRA 30,2 of HR Act connection with the NBW issued against the Petitioner by the Principal Sessions Judge, Thanjavur in HRC No.2/2017. ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police, in pursuant to NBW issued by the Principal Sessions Judge, Thanjavur in HRC No.02 of 2017, seeks anticipatory bail.
2.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, on the side of the petitioner, it is stated that due to absence of the petitioner, NBW was issued against him. Hence, prayed to release him on anticipatory bail.
3.It is submitted by the prosecution that during the pendency of trial, the petitioner was absent and NBW issued against him. The case is pending for appearance of the petitioner. Hence, prays to dismiss the petition.

No.17976 of 2022 (*)"4.Considering the fact that Non-Bailable Warrant is pending against the petitioner, the petitioner is directed to surrender before the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Thanjavur and to file a petition for recalling the warrant, within 15 days from the date on which, the order copy is made ready and the concerned Court is directed to accept the surrender of the petitioner and consider the petition to be submitted by the petitioner for recalling the warrant, on the same day of his surrender, on merits and in accordance with law.
