ORDER
Alleging that the crop insurance for the crop loss sustained by the petitioner due to failure of monsoon has not been disbursed to the petitioner, this writ petition has been filed to direct the second and third respondents to pay the crop insurance to the petitioner.
2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent Insurance Company fairly concedes that instead of paying the insurance amount to this petitioner, they have wrongly credited the same to some other person. He further submits that necessary steps are being taken to pay the insurance amount to the petitioner and the same will be paid to the petitioner within a short period. 3.Recording the same this writ petition is closed with a direction to the respondent Insurance Company to remit the insurance amount to the account of the petitioner within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
