ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first respondent to expedite the investigation in Crime no.65 of 2020 and file a charge sheet.

2.The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the respondent police may be directed to file final report in Crime No.65 of 2020 , for the offences under Sections 120B, 465, 467, 468, 471, 420, 447, 294(b) and 506(2) IPC, on the file of the respondent police. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the respondent police registered an FIR in Crime No. 65 of 2020 and for the same, investigation is in progress. Hence, he seeks three months time to file final report before the jurisdictional Magistrate Court.

4.Recording the same, the respondent police is directed to file final report before the jurisdictional Magistrate Court, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4

5.With the above direction, this criminal original petition stands disposed of.
