ORDER
This civil revision petition has been filed seeking direction to the the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Sivakasi, Virudhunagar District to 1/4
dispose of the petition in Cr.M.P.No.4956 of 2023 in D.V.C.No.01 of 2020 within a specific period.
2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the main petition was filed in the year 2020. He remained absent before the trial Court, set exparte on 30.06.2022. Thereafter, he filed the present petition to condone the delay, that is kept pending without any progress. 3.In view of the above said submissions, there shall be a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Sivakasi, Virudhunagar District, to expedite the enquiry process in Cr.M.P.No.4956 of 2023 in D.V.C.No. 01 of 2020 and dispose of the same, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4.With the above said direction, this civil revision petition stands disposed of. No costs.
