Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, GOVT. ADVOCATE (CRIMINAL SIDE) for the Respondents and the petitioner not appeared either in person or by an Advocate, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.16063 of 2021 on 22.10.2021. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner today.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and investigation is pending.
