ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to reconstitute the business under the name and style 'M/S Madurai Filling Station' at 159/2, Kamarajar Salai, Theppakulam, Madurai as sole Properietorship concern in the light of the judgment and decree dated 13.03.2018 made in O.S.No.291 of 2014 on the file of the Principal District Munsif Court, Madurai Town and the registered settlement deed dated 10.12.2012 bearing document No.756/2012 executed by Late.P.C.Thiagarajan without insisting for no objection certificate on the basis of the petitioner's representations, dated 18.07.2018 and 23.07.2018.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the relief sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous. 2/4

3.Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
