This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in Crime No.579 of 2015, dated 12.07.2015, on the file of the Inspector of Police, Thoothukudi South Police Station, Thoothukudi, Thoothukudi District as against the petitioner.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent would submit that on the complaint lodged by the second respondent, the respondent police has registered the case in Crime No.579 of 2015 and completed the entire investigation and about to file a final report. 3. Hence, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. However, the first respondent police is directed to file final report before the concerned jurisdictional Court within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
