ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed seeking orders to direct the second respondent to take appropriate action on the petitioner's compliant, dated 07.09.2024.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State would submit that there existed landlord and tenant dispute between the petitioner and the private respondents and on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, C.S.R.No.543 of 2024 came to be registered and the enquiry is pending.

3. Recording the same, the second respondent is directed to issue written summons to the petitioner as well as the private respondents for causing their appearance before him for enquiry and take a decision within a period of ten days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above directions, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
