Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.VENKATESAN R, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.A.ALBERT JAMES, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition 6(b) imposed against the petitioner in the order made in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.16597 of 2022 on 15.09.2022.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that since the petitioner is going to take care of his daughter-in-law, who is in advanced stage of pregnancy, the petitioner is unable to comply the condition 6(b).

3.Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit, the condition 6(b) imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.16597 of 2022 on 15.09.2022 is modified and the petitioner shall report before the Inspector of Police, Kodungaiyur Police Station, Chennai, daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
