Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.KRISHNASAMY P, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.A.ALBERT JAMES, Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time limit of the petitioners to surrender before the concerned Magistrate Court.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners seeks time to produce sureties. Since the 1st petitioner is affected by viral fever, the petitioners are unable to execute sureties with in the stipulated time as per the order of Crl.O.P(MD) No.14163 of 2022 dated 18.08.2022.

3. In view of the same, time granted by this Court vide order dated 18.08.2022 in Crl.O.P(MD) No.14163 of 2022 is extended https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

CRL MP(MD) No.12031 of 2022 further for a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
