The instant writ petition has been field by a Clerk working in the fourth respondent Co-operative Society, challenging two orders of suspension dated 02.07.2024 and 19.07.2024.
2. A perusal of these orders reveal that on 02.07.2024, the suspension order has been cancelled by way of a subsequent order dated 19.07.2024.
3. A perusal of suspension order dated 19.07.2024 reveals that there are serious allegations of misappropriation as against the writ petitioner and therefore, this Court is not inclined to interfere in the order of suspension pending enquiry. There are no merits in the writ petition. 2/4
