ORDER
The Writ Petition has been filed, invoking Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking orders, to direct the respondents 3 to 5 herein to grant permission to the temple festival from 13.09.2024 to 23.09.2024 in connection with the temple namely "Arulmigu Hari Om 2/5
Sakhi Narayana Jothipathi Dharma Thangal @ Vaikundaswamy Thathuva Thava Tharmapathi Temple, situated at Palayamkottai Town, Tirunelveli District, by considering the petitioner's representation, dated 28.08.2024.

Mr.M.Muthumanikkam, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2 and Mr.E.Antony Sahaya Prabahar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, takes notice for the respondents 3 to 5. By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
3. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State would submit that already the proceedings under Section 144 IPC were initiated and the matter is now pending before the Revenue Divisional Officer.
4. Considering the above, the Revenue Divisional Officer is directed to consider the petitioner's representation as well as the representation given by the private respondents and other persons, who are connected with the above temple and conduct enquiry and take a decision by tomorrow (i.e., 13.09.2024) itself. 3/5
5.With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
