O R D E R
[Order of the Court was made by N.SATHISH KUMAR, J.] This petition is filed seeking to condone the delay of 96 days in filing the above writ appeal.
2.Heard Mr.S.C.Herold Singh, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Mr.N.Pragalathan, learned counsel appearing for the first respondent and Mr.D.Sasi Kumar, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 2 and 3. Though the name of the fourth respondent has been printed in the cause-list, there is no appearance on behalf of him, either in person or through counsel.
3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, and considering the fact that the respondents 1 to 3 have no objection to the condonation of delay, this Court is inclined to allow the petition. Accordingly, the delay is condoned and the petition is ordered. 4.Registry is directed to number the appeal, if the papers are otherwise in order and post the appeal "for admission" in the usual course.
