PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to direct the 1st and 2nd Respondent to give police protection to the Petitioner for his life and limb based on the Petitioners complaint dated 07.10.2019.

ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the 1st and 2nd Respondent to give police protection to the Petitioner for his life and limb based on the Petitioners complaint dated 07.10.2019.

2. On the complaint lodged by the petitioner as against the respondents 3 to 13, the case came to be registered in Crime No.375 of 2019 for the offences under Sections 147,148,294(b),379,427,448 and 506(ii) of IPC. Even after registering the case they are indulging in the same kind of illegal activities. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Considering the above the second respondent is directed to take appropriate action as against the respondents 3 to 13 in pursuance to the crime registered as against them in the manner known to law.

4. With the above direction,the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
