To issue a Writ of Certiorarified mandamus calling for the records relating to the impugned order in Group A: 24822:2016 dated 29.03.2016 passed by the 1st respondent, quash the same and further direct the respondent bank to regularize the service of the petitioner with all consequential service and monetary benefits within a time frame fixed by this Honble Court.

ORDER : This writ miscellaneous petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.N.DILIPKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner, the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to implead the Chairman, State Level Scrutiny Committee III/Additional Secretary to Government Adi Dravidar and Tribual Welfare Department (CV-5) Secretariat, Chennai, as the proposed fourth respondent in the main Writ Petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the averments made in the accompanying affidavit.

3.Having heard the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner and on perusal of the averments made in the accompanying affidavit, this Court is of the considered opinion that the proposed fourth respondent is not necessary and proper party to this Writ Petition.

4. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed.
