RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioners in Crl.OP(MD)No.16755/2022 dated 19/9/2022 that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police dt.10.30 am until further orders.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.SUSI KUMAR.C, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.A.ALBERT JAMES, Government Advocate(Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.16755 of 2022 on 19.09.2022.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly and investigation is still pending.

4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD) https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

CRL MP(MD) No.12023 of 2022 No.16755 of 2022 on 19.09.2022 is relaxed and the petitioners shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
