[Order of the Court was made by T.S.SIVAGNANAM, J.] By consent of both parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 2.Heard Mr.R.Balakrishnan, learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.A.K.Baskara Pandian, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

3.The petitioner seeks for a direction upon the respondents to remove the encroachment made in the Government Porampoke land in Survey No.641/9, Senkulam Village, Palaiyamkottai Taluk and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.[MD]No.22036 of 2019 Tirunelveli District by considering the petitioner's representation dated 04.07.2019.

4.In the present writ petition, the writ petitioner has not impleaded the alleged encroachers. Hence, we cannot issue any positive direction in this writ petition.

5.Hence, we dispose of this Writ Petition by permitting the writ petitioner to pursue his representation before the respondents which shall be dealt with in accordance with law. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
