No. 403 of 2018 in O.S. NO. 111 of 2011 on the file of the Additional District Munsif, Aruppukottai, Virudhunagar District.

ORDER:- This Civil Revision Petition is coming on for orders on this day under the caption "Extension of time for Lower Court " and upon perusing earlier order of this

Court dated 15.03.2024 and the requisition letter submitted by the District Munsif -Cum- Judicial Magistrate, Kariapatti in D.No.1024/2025 dated 04.07.2025 seeking further extension of Six Months time to dispose the case in O.S.No.111 of 2011 on the file of the District Munsif -Cum- Judicial Magistrate, Kariapatti, Virudhunagar , this Court made the following order:- By order dated 15.03.2024, this Court directed the Court below to dispose of the Case in O.S.No.111 of 2011, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of the order.

2. Subsequent to the orders of this court, on account of territorial jurisdiction, the suit in O.S.NO.111 of 2011 had been transferred from the file of the learned Additional District Munsif, Aruppukkottai to the file of the newly constituted District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate Court at Kariappati.

3. Now, the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate at Kariapatti, has submitted a letter, in D.No.1024, dated 04.07.2025, whereby and whereunder stating some reasons, he requested further six months time to comply with the order dated 15.03.2024, made in this Civil Revision Petition.

4. Considering the reasons stated by the Court below for extension of time, six

months time is extended from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to comply with the order dated 15.03.2024.
