O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.927 of 2015 dated 26.08.202106.10.2015 on the file of the first respondent police.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent and the learned counsel appearing for the second respondent. 3.The defacto complainant and the accused persons are present in person before this Court. They have been duly identified by the prosecution and also the learned counsel for the petitioners. With regard to purchase of chicken, there was a dispute between the parties and a complaint has been lodged by the second respondent. On enquiry, the defacto complainant categorically submits that they are belong to same locality and the advise of the elder people, the de-facto complainant wants to withdraw the complaint and he did not want to proceed further against the petitioners. Since the parties have arrived at an amicable settlement, no purpose would be served in keeping the impugned 2/4

prosecution alive.
