ORDER

The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the respondents to measure her property in Survey No.404/6F, Keeranur Village, Kuntrandarkovil Union, Kulathur Taluk, Pudukkottai District, by considering her application dated 11.04.2025.

2.Heard the arguments of Mr.M.Rajarajan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mrs.S.Jeyapriya, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents. By consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 3.According to the petitioner, the subject property was settled in her favour by her father, Karupaiah, under a registered settlement deed dated 07.04.2017. The revenue records still stand in the name of the petitioner's father in Patta No.249. The petitioner submitted an application on 11.04.2025 in Application No.2025/N123/22/007393 seeking survey of the subject property. The same has not been considered. Hence, the petitioner has come before this Court.

4.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would submit that the application submitted by the petitioner will be considered in accordance with law.

5. In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the respondents are directed to consider the online application of the petitioner dated 11.04.2025 and pass final orders on its own merits within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after issuing notice to the petitioner, neighbouring land owners and other interested parties. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
