ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Accused No.2, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 417 and 420 IPC, in Crime No.2 of 2022, seeks anticipatory bail.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the fact that now there is no change in circumstances, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
