PRAYER :- To extend the time to comply the order made in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.4496 of 2025 dated 21.03.2024 ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This petition has been filed for extension of time for compliance of the conditional order passed in Crl.O.P(MD).No.4496 of 2024 dated 21.03.2024.

2. The learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that this Hon'ble Court passed an order in Crl.O.P(MD).No.4496 of 2024 dated 21.03.2024 and enlarged the petitioners on anticipatory bail by imposing certain conditions. He further submits that due to unavoidable circumstances and difficulty in arranging sureties within the stipulated time, the petitioners could not comply with the conditions within the period of 15 days as stipulated by this Hon'ble Court. For the said reason only, the petitioners are unable to comply the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P. (MD).No.4496 of 2024 dated 21.03.2024. Hence, he prayed to extend the time period, by allowing this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the anticipatory bail order was passed on 21.03.2024, but, the petitioners cannot take any steps to comply the conditions imposed against them in 2/4

Crl.O.P.(MD).No.4496 of 2024 dated 21.03.2024. Hence, he raised objection to dismiss this extension petition.

On perusal of the records, this Court is of the view that this Court had granted anticipatory bail to the petitioners by way of order dated 21.03.2024 in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.4496 of 2024 by imposing certain conditions and time period. After expiry of one year and four months, these petitioners come forward with this present extension petition without assigning any valid reasons or grounds, prays to extend the time period. It shows the lethargic attitude of the petitioners. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to allow this present Criminal Miscellaneous Petition.
