ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Accused, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 294 (b) and 498(A)I.P.C, in Crime No.not known of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that based upon the complaint given by the defacto complainant, enquiry was undertaken in C.S.R.No.338 of 2021 and during the course of enquiry compromise was reached between the husband and wife and they are now living together. Hence, the matter has become infructuous. 3.In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
