Respondent PRAYER:Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to furnish the loan account statements in Loan Account No.21240035475 by following the recovery procedures contemplated by the statutes and consequently directing their recovery agents to following dictum laid down by the Hon'ble Apex Court in ICICI Bank V.Prakash Kaur reported in 2007 (2) CTC 334 and guidelines of the respondent.

ORDER

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has circulated a letter to the Registry on 18.02.2021 seeking permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition and hence, the matter is posted today under the caption "for withdrawal". 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Writ Petition.

3.Permission is granted. The Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn, accordingly. No costs.
