This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to remove the petitioner's name from the History Sheet/Rowdy List in History Sheet No.6 of 1/4

2020 on the file of the third respondent office by considering the petitioner's representation, dated 27.09.2022.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that the writ petitioner's representation, dated 27.09.2022 will be considered in the next Committee Meeting.

3.Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the third respondent is directed to consider the writ petitioner's representation dated 27.09.2022 and pass orders in accordance with law, in the next meeting. Let the papers be placed by the third respondent, before the concerned Committee in the next meeting, without fail.

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
