2.The learned counsel on either side submit that as against the order passed in WP.(MD)No.6688 of 2024 dated 03.04.2024, a writ appeal has been filed in WA.(MD)No.2087 of 2025 and the Division Bench of this Court, by its order dated 31.07.2025, has granted an order of interim stay.

3.Since the Division Bench has seized of the matter, this Contempt Petition is closed.
