Heard the learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioner. Issuance of notice to the respondent is dispensed with. 1/3

2. The respondent herein filed H.M.O.P.No.169 of 2018 on the file of the Sub Court, Palani. The learned counsel for the petitioner states that the matter was posted for judgment and at that stage, the respondent filed petition to reopen and recall. It was allowed. The case is now posted for hearing on 24.09.2024.

3. Taking into account the pendency of H.M.O.P, the learned Sub Judge, Palani is directed to dispose of H.M.O.P.No.169 of 2018 on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the next hearing date.
