Advocate (CRL Side) for Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.15750 of 2021 on 22.10.2021. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and investigation is yet to be completed. The petitioner is having one previous cases.

CRL MP(MD) No.10992 of 2021 4.Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.15750 of 2021 on 22.10.2021 is modified and the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in a month i.e., on first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
