ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to give adequate police protection to the petitioner and her workers for peaceful possession and enjoyment of the vacant land Survey No. 44/3, Patta No. 435 situated at Vedapatti Village, Vilathikulam Taluk, Thoothukudi District on the basis of the petitioner's representation, dated 19.09.2021.

2.The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that petitioner given a representation, dated 19.09.2021, to the respondent police. But, so far no action has been taken. Hence this petition has been filed. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that based on the petitioner's representation, both the parties appeared, enquiry had been conducted and the same was closed based on the endorsement made by the parties that they will approach the civil Court for getting appropriate remedy. 2/4
