Criminal Revision Petition filed under Section 438 r/w 442 of BNSS, 2023 to call for the records pertaining to the order passed in Crl.MP.No. 1261 of 2025 in Crime No. 1111/2025 dt: 24.06.2025 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate Periyakulam, Theni District and set aside the same by allowing the Criminal Revision Case.

ORDER

This petition has been filed to modify the condition, to deposit a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- as non-refundable deposit for the said vehicle to the credit of the Aishwaryam Trust, Indian Bank, A/c.No.6639017788, IFSC Code : IDIB000T032, Madurai District imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.R.C(MD)No.851 of 2025 by order, dated 14.07.2025.

2. Considering the request of the petitioner, Paragraph No.8 (a) of the order, dated 14.07.2025 in Crl.R.C(MD)No.851 of 2025 is modified as follows: "8. (a) the petitioner is directed to deposit a sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) as non-refundable deposit for the said vehicle to the credit of the Aishwaryam Trust, Indian Bank, A/c.No : 6639017788, IFSC Code : IDIB000T032, Madurai District."
