2.Today(31.08.2023), when this writ petition is taken up for admission, Mrs.D.Farjana Ghoushia, learned Special Government Pleader, who takes notice for the respondent submits that based on the recommendation of the Surveyor, the Tahsildar has rejected the application of this petitioner, dated 22.08.2023. 3.Recording the submission of the learned Special Government Pleader , this writ petition is closed with a liberty to this petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law. No costs.
