This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to cancel the bail granted by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD)No.6887 of 2024 dated 22.05.2024.
2. Heard on either side. Perused the material documents available on record.
3. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the Learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent police, on instructions, submitted that the Trial Court has taken the connected criminal case for trial. However, there cannot be any time stipulation to complete the trial. The said submission is recorded.
4. Recording the aforesaid submission, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed. However, the Learned Judicial Magistrate, Valliyoor, is directed to completed the trial at earliest.
