Heard both sides.

2.The petitioner seeks "No Objection Certificate" from the first respondent for the purpose of obtaining patta in respect of the petition mentioned land. The petitioner has given a representation dated 18.06.2025.

3.The first respondent is directed to dispose of the said representation on merits and as per law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter.
