W.P.(MD).No.20017 of 2018 has been filed for a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents 1 to 7 to take appropriate steps to secure and safeguard the temple properties belonging to eighth respondent temple by following the circulars instruction of third respondent dated 12.04.2007, 16.05.2008, 17.08.2012, 27.08.2013 and 24.12.2014 as well as by considering the petitioner's representation dated 29.08.2018.

W.P.(MD).No.20018 of 2018 has been filed for a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents 5 and 6 to secure the properties in S.F.No.375A, 360, 370B, 407, 499, 506, 546, 706 (as per 1820 revenue records) and 196/14A (as per after 1920 revenue records) and restore those properties in the name of eighth respondent temple by issuing patta in the name of 8th respondent temple and consequentially doing mutation in the revenue records by considering petitioner's representation submitted on 19.05.2018.

4. No representation on behalf of the petitioner.

5. The learned Government Advocate for the official respondents and the learned counsel for the eighth respondent submit that appropriate orders will be passed by the first respondent in terms of the abovementioned circulars.

Recording the above submission, these writ petitions stand disposed of by directing the first respondent to pass appropriate orders in terms of the aforementioned circulars within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. It is needless to state that before passing any such order, the petitioner shall be heard. No costs.
