2. The revision petitioner is the plaintiff in O.S.No.112 of 2016 on the file of the Sub Court, Kuzhithurai. The petitioner seeks speedy disposal of the suit.

3. No exception can be taken to the said request. The Hon'ble Supreme Court has been consistently emphasizing the need to dispose of the matters that are five years old. In this case, the suit is more than eight years old. The learned Sub Court, Kuzhithurai is directed to dispose of O.S.No.112 of 2016 on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
