ORDER

The instant writ petition has been filed by a retired employee, seeking to expeditious disposal of his representation/revision pending before the first respondent herein.

2.According to the learned Counsel appearing for the writ petitioner, the second respondent has passed an order on 01.07.2022 ordering recovery of a sum of Rs.5,280/-. Challenging the said order, the petitioner has preferred a revision before the first respondent on 20.03.2024. Since the revision is yet to be disposed of, the present writ petition has been filed. 3.Considering the above said facts, the first respondent herein is directed to dispose of the revision filed by the petitioner within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after giving due opportunity to the writ petitioner.

4.With the above said observations, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
