The petitioner's request to revoke the suspension order dated 21.06.2018, has not been considered by the respondents herein and hence the present writ petition has been filed.

2. Today when the matter was called, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been reinstated back into service. Hence, nothing remains for adjudication.

W.P.(MD) No.17227 of 2018 suspension order itself has become redundant. Accordingly, the Writ petition stands closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
