ORDER

The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the respondents to survey the properties situated in Survey Nos.145/1B1, 174/1A2 and 174/1B, Reddiapatty Village, Ottanchathiram Taluk, Dindigul District, by considering his online application dated 05.07.2025. 2.Heard the arguments of Mr.T.Ramasamy, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.M.Gangatharan, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents. By consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 3.According to the petitioner, the subject properties were purchased by him and one Kaliappan under a registered sale deed dated 24.08.2023. The pattas for the subject properties stand in the names of the petitioner and Kaliappan in Patta Nos.1235 and 1240. The petitioner submitted an application on 05.07.2025 in Application No. 2025/0123/13/013648, seeking survey of the subject properties. The

same has not been considered. Hence, the petitioner has come before this Court.

4.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would submit that the application submitted by the petitioner will be considered in accordance with law.

5.In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the respondents are directed to consider the online application of the petitioner dated 05.07.2025 and pass final orders on its own merits within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after issuing notice to the petitioner, co-pattadhar, Kaliappan, neighbouring land owners and other interested parties.
