By relying on sale deeds dated 24.10.1978 and 06.04.1983, the petitioner submitted a representation dated 25.10.2024 for deletion of the name of the third respondent from patta No.643. Because the said representation was not acted upon, the present Writ Petition has been filed.

2. Learned Government Advocate accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2. On the basis of the written instructions, he submits that the petitioner's representation would be considered and disposed of within a period of twelve (12) weeks after providing a reasonable opportunity to the petitioner and the third respondent herein.

3. In view of the above submissions, without making any observations on the merits, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the first respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 25.10.2024 on merits within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after providing a 2/4

reasonable opportunity to the petitioner and the third respondent herein. No costs.
